The app: we collect nothing

Everything you enter in the app stays in your browser’s local storage on your device. That includes your evening logs, energy scores, notes, plans and settings. We have no server for the app and no user accounts, and we never receive this information. You can export it or delete it at any time under Settings. Clearing your browser data also deletes it.

The app loads only its own files. It doesn’t use analytics, advertising cookies or third-party trackers.

Buying: Whop handles payment

Checkout is provided by Whop, Inc. When you buy, Whop collects your name, email address, billing country and payment details to process the order, calculate tax and send your receipt. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can deliver the product, handle refunds and answer support requests. We don’t receive your full card details. Whop’s own privacy policy applies to its processing: whop.com/privacy.

This website: cookies only with your consent

We use the Meta Pixel to measure whether our ads work. It loads only if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you accept, Meta receives information such as the pages you viewed, your browser and device, your IP address, and whether you started checkout. Meta may link this to your Meta account. You can withdraw consent by clearing this site’s data in your browser. Read more in Meta’s privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We don’t send health information to Meta. The app sends nothing at all, and the website pages and events have neutral names.

Emails

We email you about your order and, if you agreed at checkout, occasional tips and offers. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Legal basis and your rights

We process order information to perform our contract with you and to meet tax and accounting obligations. We process ad-measurement data only with your consent. Depending on where you live (for example the UK, the EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or US states such as California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or move your information, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent. To use them, email us. We’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO).

Retention

We keep order records for as long as tax law requires, usually up to 10 years. We delete support emails after 2 years.

International transfers

Whop and Meta may process data in the United States and other countries. They use standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards for these transfers.

Children

This product is for adults of legal drinking age in their country. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
