Refund policy

30 days, one email, no questions

If The 6PM Off-Switch isn’t right for you, email within 30 days of your purchase. Use the address you bought with and include your order number if you have it. We’ll refund the full amount, including the Weekend & Social Pack if you bought it. You don’t need to explain why, and there’s nothing to send back.

How long it takes

We process refund requests within 2 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method through Whop, and your bank usually shows them within 5 to 10 business days.

After a refund

Your access to the app content may be switched off. Anything you logged stays on your phone until you delete it.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. For example, UK consumer law and the Australian and New Zealand consumer guarantees give remedies if digital content is faulty or not as described. Nothing here reduces those rights.

Before you ask your bank

If something is wrong, please email us first. It’s quicker than a chargeback, and we’ll always refund within the 30 days.
