The glass at 6 PM is doing a job
Work finishes, but nothing marks the end of it. You go straight from emails to dinner to the dishwasher. Somewhere in there, the cork comes out.
That first glass is a signal. It tells your body the day is over. It’s quick and normal, and it’s always in the fridge.
So when you try to skip it on a Tuesday, you lose more than a drink. You lose your off-switch. The evening feels long and flat, and by Thursday the old routine is back.
The Off-Switch gives you a new signal for the end of the day, so a few evenings a week can feel like a treat with something different in your glass.
You choose which nights. On the others, you do what you like.
